Editorial
For corrections, factual disputes, questions about the methodology, or press enquiries, write to editorial [at] beverlyshoresindiana.org. Corrections are the priority in the inbox. If you can point at the specific claim and what it should say, that is faster for both of us.
What to write about
- A factual error. A bonus figure that has changed, a licence detail that is wrong, a legal statement that is out of date. Include the page and the claim.
- An operator dispute. If a site in our ranking has treated you badly, we want to know. It feeds into the payout reliability score, which is the heaviest weighted dimension.
- Methodology questions. How a score was reached, or why one site outranks another.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and we cannot access your account
We are an independent publication, not a casino, an agent of one, or a regulator. We cannot see your balance, release a withdrawal, unlock an account, cancel a bonus or reverse a deposit. Those requests have to go to the operator's own support desk.
We also cannot act as a regulator. None of the operators we cover is licensed in Indiana, so the Indiana Gaming Commission has no jurisdiction over them either. Your escalation path is the operator, then its licensing body in Curacao, Panama or Kahnawake.
If you need help with gambling rather than with a site
The Indiana problem gambling helpline is 1-800-994-8448, free and confidential. The national line is 1-800-GAMBLER. Please use those rather than this inbox, which is not staffed to help and is not confidential. Our responsible gambling page lists blocking tools and self-exclusion options.
